Iron & Wine at The Corn Exchange, March

Sam Beam recorded the first Iron And Wine album Creek Drank The Cradle using only his guitar, his voice, and some basic home-recording equipment. It wasn’t until third LP The Shepherd’s Dog that Iron And Wine began to sound more expansive. New album Kiss Each Other Clean promises more full-band sounds; first single Walking Close From Home recalls Beam’s masterful one-off single The Trapeze Singer. Seeing him bring these to life at the Corn Exchange should be amazing.
